Sleeping Beauty turquoise comes from the Sleeping Beauty mine in Globe, Arizona, and is distinguished by its pure, even sky-blue color with little to no matrix. The mine ceased commercial turquoise production in 2012, making genuine Sleeping Beauty increasingly collectible.
