• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery (2-3 business days).

• Custom Orders: Handmade or custom pieces may take 7-14 business days to ship.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

• We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic orders.

• Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $100 (U.S. only).

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide! International shipping rates vary and are displayed at checkout.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

• Delivery times vary based on location, typically 7-21 business days.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• Turquoise Mustang is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

• If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your carrier first.
