Turquoise Mustang Return & Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges: At Turquoise Mustang, we take pride in offering high-quality, handcrafted jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
• Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Final Sale Items: Custom orders, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns.
• Exchanges: We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or a similar product of equal value.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email wholesale@turquoisemustang.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and return shipping instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back within 7 days of receiving your RA#.
Refunds
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective item, etc.), we will cover the return shipping cost.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
Wholesale Returns & Exchanges: Wholesale orders are subject to separate return policies. Please contact wholesale@turquoisemustang.com for wholesale return eligibility and procedures.
