Larry and Wilma Moses Begay, Navajo silversmiths hallmarked L&W, created this pendant featuring a natural Golden Hills turquoise stone in a tapered sterling silver frame with precision-cut turquoise inlay accents on both sides and a fully inlaid bail. Golden Hills turquoise is mined in Kazakhstan and is prized for its unusual periwinkle-blue and lavender tones with chocolate-brown matrix — a color profile distinct from most American turquoise mines.
