Chimney Butte, a Navajo silversmithing studio based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, created this oversized naja pendant centered on a freeform Number Eight turquoise cabochon in a twisted rope bezel, suspended above a double-arch naja form with a central concho accent. Number Eight turquoise from the Number Eight mine in Elko County, Nevada is among the rarest American turquoise — the mine closed in the 1970s and genuine Number Eight is distinguished by its soft blue-green color and distinctive caramel-to-chocolate golden web matrix. Measures 4.2" tall, 2.75" wide. Bale: 14mm. Available exclusively through Turquoise Mustang.
