Pin Shell Heishi and Black Jet Necklace, 16", Turquoise Mustang

Turquoise Mustang designed this 16-inch necklace combining 6mm round Navajo-style sterling silver pearls with pin shell heishi and black jet accents. Pin shell heishi — disc beads ground from pen shell — is one of the traditional heishi materials used by Santo Domingo Pueblo artisans.
