Turquoise Mustang designed this 19-inch necklace alternating 12mm freshwater potato pearls with 10mm corrugated Navajo sterling silver pearls. Freshwater pearls are cultivated in freshwater mussels and are distinguished from saltwater pearls by their slightly irregular shapes and strong natural luster.
